Client: ARCHITECTURAL JUSTICE
The Challenge
Create a brand position for Architectural Justice and define its two businesses to market: Architectural Justice Design Center in Medina, Ohio, and new flagship venture, Architectural Justice Gallery & Cafe in Strongsville, Ohio.
The Outcome
Architectural Justice increased revenue for its Design Center within a year of opening its Gallery & Cafe and continues to market with confidence and gain local and regional publicity as a master brand.
Nestled in a wooded lot in Medina, Ohio, sits Architectural Justice Design Center - a remodeling haven for Cleveland homeowners and one of Northeast Ohio’s largest stocking stone fabricators with more than 3,000 slabs of exotic granite, marble, quartzite and more. The company asked Clarke Creative to help establish its brand position at the wake of its new flagship venture, Architectural Justice Gallery & Cafe in Strongsville, Ohio, which offers cooking classes, a European-inspired cafe experience and handpicked artisan home goods and fashion accessories.
Clarke Creative worked closely with the Architectural Justice team to understand the company’s goals and objectives. After the brand discovery phase, an “artisan-inspired” theme emerged, and Architectural Justice found a voice as a master brand for its two business locations.
Clarke Creative went on to support Architectural Justice with its annual marketing plan and its bi-annual Experience Living publication, which the company uses as a marketing tool for direct mail, local trade shows and cross-marketing efforts.
Architectural Justice now feels confident sharing its brand story, and has landed prominent news placements in local publications, including Cleveland Magazine and the Plain Dealer’s cleveland.com. Thrillest.com even named Architectural Justice Gallery & Cafe as “the best brunch spot in Cleveland.”
