The Outcome
Successfully completed the re-branding of more than 200 marketing pieces on time and in an organized fashion
The word “re-brand” can be daunting for any organization - especially one with a sensitive deadline.
With the opening of its new patient tower on the horizon, Dayton Children’s Hospital needed to roll out its new branding throughout the organization. Clarke Creative stepped in to lend a helping hand.
How to keep organized?
Managing the design of hundreds of marketing materials is quite a task. Using Dayton Children’s online project management software and developing an internal tracking system kept the full team organized. Clarke Creative updated Dayton Children’s on a weekly to bi-weekly basis, providing the team with a status report for outstanding projects to keep projects moving along.
In the end, Dayton Children’s expressed its gratitude for Clarke Creative’s organized process to complete this grand project on time.
“Clarke Creative supported our hospitals’ rebranding efforts, which included redoing hundreds of materials. From determining pricing and timelines to the actual completion of materials, Clarke Creative went above and beyond to make sure they were meeting our goals and exceeded our expectations. Every material fit our brand standards and embodied our new aesthetic. Clarke Creative made a massive, cumbersome project much easier and more enjoyable. Additionally, often times we find designers who design, and writers who write. Clarke Creative was great to work with because they had both a great design mentality and understood messaging, editing, etc. Clarke Creative was a pleasure to work with; I can’t recommend them enough!”
